If you are looking around or calling different karate schools in the area to inquire about prices and lessons, by know you have discovered that every karate school
in the area is different.
The prices are different, the styles of Martial Arts and Self Defense that is taught at each school is different, how much you can learn (according to each instructor)
and how fast you can advance in belt rank is different.
You probably have also discovered that some martial arts instructors tend to speak very negatively of other instructors and schools in the area.
We are not suggesting that there is anything wrong with how much other schools charge for lessons, or what they are teaching their students is wrong.
What we are suggesting is that you visit or call any karate school where the instructor speaks negatively about other martial arts school and instructors in the area,
you should immediately take caution.
We believe your decision to pick a martial arts school to enroll in should be based solely upon whether you are satisfied with the price and whether you feel that the school has the kind of instructors and self defense lessons you are looking for.
Some martial arts schools do charge more that others, but that’s because some schools do offer more and better training programs that other’s.
When you go and visit any martial arts schools, you should ask for a brochure to take home with you that you can look over when you have more time. The brochure should help you learn more about the school, instructors and the kind of lessons you will be receiving.
Most martial arts schools also offer more that one type of enrollment plan. Therefore, you should be sure to ask the instructor to show you the prices of each plan so that you will know exactly how much, and what you will be paying for if you enroll.
